Shared swimming pool, steps from condo, shower and barbercue area. Nature trails in grounds and several hiking trails nearby on the north shore. Near the famous north shore beaches of Waimea, Sunset, Pipeline and excellent surfing in winter season. 1 hour drive to Honolulu, 20 minutes to the small town of Haleiwa where there are cafes, restaurants, shops, jet ski rental, whale watching catamaran, fishing boats.
