Set in luscious palm fronds and its own manicured landscape, the Emerald Island Resort Club House offers an array of complimentary amenities available to all guests staying at this vacation home. You can stay in shape or tone up your muscles in the state-of-the-art fitness room. The 4,000 square foot club house at Emerald Island provides high speed internet access with a number of computer terminals available for guests use. Or choose to sun yourself as you meet other guests around the heated community pool and spa pool. Kids of all ages will want to stop at the video games room, or play at the video arcade while you lie out by the large sparkling swimming pool and watch the little ones have a ball in the splash area tot lot. There's even a gift shop in the reception area if you run short of sun block or need a drink and a snack! Emerald Island is ideally located for fantastic vacations on Disney's doorstep, with some of the best shops and restaurants just a couple of minutes away from this vacation home. The Disney House has a living room to relax in during the day or evening, with comfortable furnishings under the gently rotating ceiling fan, a 61-inch Sony TV, DVD player, Microsoft X-Box games console, VCR and stereo system - so you can watch your favorite movie as you look out on to the sparkling pool deck. There's also a separate family room, with queen-size sleeper sofa for quiet relaxation if you prefer. Step outside, and there's a superb, electrically heated private screened pool on an extended deck, where you and your family can splash around, laze out in the warm Florida sunshine, or sit in the lanai and relax on the cushioned deck furnishings. The pool is provided with a safety fence for extra added protection for young infants, and all doors leading on to the deck area have been provided with additional safety locks and switchable alarms. Sleeping accommodations at The Disney House includes a master bedroom suite with a king-size bed, 25-inch cable TV, ceiling fan, telephone, clock/radio, dresser, nightstands with lamps, and a master bathroom with walk-in shower, roman tub and vanity basins. There's a second master bedroom with a queen- size bed, nightstands, dresser, 21-inch cable TV, closet space, and en-suite bathroom. There are 2 further bedrooms, both perfect for the children providing 2 twin beds in each, nightstands and closet space. Both have an adjacent family bathroom for convenience. Finally, there's a queen-size sleeper/sofa in the family room for additional flexibility. The bright and airy kitchen has been equipped with almost everything that you could need for a quick family snack, or that special meal for loved ones. Choose to eat at the informal breakfast area, or in the (only slightly more formal!) dining area in the separate family room to the front of the villa. There is a fully equipped laundry room with washer, dryer and ironing facilities.

Check in time is after 4:00 PM and check out is before 10:00 AM. You will be emailed directions to the home and the lock box code 7 days prior to your arrival. Please do not plan large parties that exceed the number of people allowed. By state law, occupancy may not exceed what is posted for each home. Maximum occupancy includes infants and children all properties are non-smoking and absolutely no pets are allowed. |
