| We ask for 50% upfront to book and hold dates and rates, 50% is due 30-60 days prior to arrival. We do ask for $250 administrative fee and a credit card on file for incidentals. All guest must be able swimmers and over the age of 21! |

We do not allow smoking in house but outside at the pool area is fine. Failure to adhere to posted policy will lead to a $400 charge against your security deposit. We do ask for a 50% deposit at booking to hold rate and dates and 50% due 30- 60 days prior. Any other questions call and we can handle on a case to case basis. |

We do charge $100 for Pet for rental period We do charge for additional guest over the age of 14 and over 6 guest in Villa. $60 We do charge for Cell Phone Rentals $150 deposit monthly charge of $35 We do take and administrative charge of $250 which covers the cleaning fee, pool and landscape and paperwork of reservation. All rates are quoted on a weekly price we do reserve by the month, months and prefer no reservations less than 7 days. Thank you
